Dr. Joseph is the Owner and Optometrist at Family Eye Health Solutions in Missouri City, TX.

​​​​​​​He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he received his chemistry degree at Temple University and then completed his Doctorate in Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He continued his research and education by doing a residency in Ocular Disease at Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center of Pennsylvania.

After moving to Houston in 2004, he joined Bay Vision of Clear Lake, where he has taken care of patients for almost 10 years. His devotion to give each patient a deserving detailed eye exam has kept him steadfast in private practice. Dr. Joseph strongly believes in providing preventative measures to help his patients preserve their irreplaceable eye sight.

He lives very close to the office in the Riverstone community located in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area and so can be reached outside office hours if ocular emergencies do arise. When not treating patients, Dr. Joseph can be found spending time with his wife Julia, and his children Lucas, Adam and Sarah. He really enjoys being involved in his community and attending church activities with his family. He loves all sports, especially football, and playing billiards.

With the continual upgrades in technology and new discoveries in medicine, Dr. Joseph builds on his professional growth in knowledge and skill every year by attending many continuing education courses maintained by the Texas Optometry Board.
